Past duties for these providers have included: event coordination, logo design, web design, promotional material generation, and creating documents for various seminars.

Despite the brevity of my tenure in this ministry position, it had a profound impact on my personal growth and sense of purpose. While my primary responsibilities involved intermittent preaching and leading worship services, my role evolved to include more complex duties during the difficult decision to close the church. During this period, I shifted my focus to supporting the senior pastor during the transition process.

This position ran the gamut of experiences from overseeing multiple building remodels due to facility issues and natural disasters to coordinating the transition to online services throughout the pandemic. While helping to maintain the financial documentation, there have been multiple opportunities to design and execute unique outreach opportunities as well as engaging in traditional ministry.

Employed as a receptionist with responsibilities including: answering a multi-line phone, scheduling and changing appointments for multiple providers, collecting payments from patients, etc. This position evolved into one doing logo and web design, billing, bookkeeping and various other jobs as needed by the Center in addition to the above mentioned responsibilities.

Worked seasonally helping to plan and put on the annual Watermelon Festival. Handled vendor applications and managed cash flow in and out of the office. Was responsible for problem resolution and dealing with vendors requests as well as designing marketing materials and developing a website for the event.

This position included duties ranging from answering the phone to doing all billing and receiving for the office. It involved much of the day-to-day office duties as well as supporting and doing for the branch manager and the others who worked in the office. Management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and all invoicing, handling the secretarial duties such as filing, and dealing with customers and account representatives from distributors. Instrumental in improving the customer quote process, through which all jobs are bid.
